Access
1. When You’re Home
We’re happy to clean while you’re home. Please feel free to share any specific instructions with our team.
2. When You’re Not Home
If you won’t be home, please provide access in one of the following ways:
– Key: Leave a key with us, which we’ll securely store and use only for your cleanings.
– Keyless Entry: Share your access code with us, which will be kept confidential.
– Other Method: Arrange an alternative way for us to enter (e.g., key in a secure spot or through a third party).
3. Missed Entry
If we cannot access your home at the scheduled time due to a missing key, invalid code, or other barriers, we will contact you. If access is not resolved, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Security
Your home’s security is our priority. Any keys or access codes provided will be handled with care and confidentiality.
Payment and Cancellations
When you book, our system securely stores your card information. A hold will be placed on your card at 9 a.m. on the day of service, and payment will process by noon the following day.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.
Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or if our cleaner(s) can’t access your home, may result in a fee of up to 100% of the booking cost.
Photography
Do-Well Cleaning reserves the right to take before and after photos during a job for quality and promotional purposes. Do-Well Cleaning will never retain or use photos containing personal or self-identifying information or subject matter.
Arrival Windows
To ensure quality service for all our valued customers, Do-Well Cleaning provides arrival windows rather than exact times. This flexibility allows our cleaner(s) to account for daily variables without compromising the service we promise you. Our arrival windows are 2-hour blocks. For example, if you choose an 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. window, our cleaner(s) may arrive anytime between those hours. Please note that this is the arrival time, not the time they will finish cleaning.
Feedback
Satisfaction guarantee: After each cleaning, you’ll have the chance to review our work. Your feedback helps us improve our service and better cater to your home’s specific needs. Your input is invaluable in helping us get to know you and provide the best possible experience.
At Do-Well Cleaning, we understand that sometimes an area may not meet your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, simply contact us at (513) 667-5906, and we’ll gladly re-clean the area. We’ll do our best to schedule the re-cleaning at a time that’s convenient for you. Please note, we do not offer refunds for completed services, but our re-clean policy ensures we can make it right for you.
Gratuity
Do-Well Cleaning never requires or expects a tip. We pride ourselves on paying our team members above-average rates. However, if you feel your cleaner(s) went above and beyond and would like to thank them with a tip, there is an option in your account to add a tip. If you want to give a cash tip, we ask that you leave the tip in an envelope with either your cleaner(s) names or the company name and put it in plain sight, such as on a kitchen table or counter.
Another way to say thank you to your cleaner is by leaving an online review expressing your appreciation for their service.
Breakage/Loss
Our cleaner(s) are trained to respect your home and everything inside your home. We understand that mistakes happen which is why Do-Well Cleaning is insured. If something is broken in your house, our cleaner(s) are trained to call the office and we will alert you right away to discuss options for repair or replacement. If our cleaner(s) break or lose something in your house and you were not informed, call the office (513) 667- 5906 within 48-hours of your cleaning and inform us.
Supplies
Do-Well Cleaning will provide all supplies and equipment needed to clean your home. If you would like us to use a specific cleaner, we ask that you inform us when you book and leave it out in plain sight, such as on the kitchen counter, island, or in a specific location by where the cleaner is to be used.
Pets
We understand that your pets are part of your family and we will treat all animals with love and respect. If your pet(s) is people-aggressive though, we ask that you please secure your pet(s) in a comfortable area for their safety as well as our cleaner(s)’ safety. This can be done with a travel crate, kennel, a specific room that we will not clean, or with a trusted friend or family member. If you have a special request or question about this, give us a call at (513) 667- 5906, and we can come up with a personalized plan for your pets’ needs together.
Home/Office Temperature/Climate
To ensure the best quality service and the well-being of our team, we kindly request that the thermostat of your home or office is maintained at or below 74 degrees Fahrenheit during the cleaning. If the ambient temperature exceeds this limit and poses a potential risk to the health and safety of our cleaners and we are unable to adjust the temperature during our visit, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Decluttering
To ensure the best cleaning results, Do-Well Cleaning requests that you declutter your home before our cleaner(s) arrive. Please clear away items such as papers, clothing, toys, and other miscellaneous belongings, as our cleaner(s) do not clean under clutter.
Electronics
Our cleaner(s) do not clean electronics except for dusting them.
